ZD Home Services

ZD Home Services provides handyman, maintenance, and property service subscriptions, including one-time and recurring services. Services are non-structural and exclude licensed electrical, plumbing, gas, and HVAC work unless subcontracted.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
\nAnnual plans receive a 10% discount compared to monthly pricing.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

3. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and remain active until the end of the billing term.
Cancellation does not entitle customers to a refund for unused time or services.

4. Service Hours & Scope

Each plan includes a defined number of service hours per month.
\nUnused hours do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Work requests outside the plan scope will be quoted separately.

5. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeited service time.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST and other required taxes) are calculated and charged automatically at checkout based on the customer’s billing address.

7. Liability

ZD Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by materials supplied by the client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
